Creative Services Specialist (Video Production)

What you will do

• Create short-form video clips for Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Build motion graphics and edit video in vertical and horizontal formats.
• Film events, announcements, news features, marketing content, and supporting b-roll.
• Prepare footage for post-production by syncing audio, organizing timelines, and maintaining project structures.
• Manage media libraries, file storage, schedules, project plans, and status updates.
• Deliver high-quality assets on tight turnaround times while identifying potential project challenges early.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in video and motion graphics production, including shooting and editing social media content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of camera equipment, lighting fundamentals, and audio recording.
• Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage initiatives independently from concept through execution and meet tight deadlines.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in digital media, film and video production, or a related field.
• Experience and a license to fly a drone.
