IT Customer Engineer (Tool Computing & Server Infrastructure for PDC)

Location: Icheon-Godam, South Korea. Travel required up to 20% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve computing infrastructure issues affecting semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Respond to system incidents and restore stable operation in customer production environments.
• Operate and maintain virtualization, container, storage, network, and enterprise server infrastructure.
• Perform monitoring, preventive maintenance, hardware replacement, server recovery, and system restoration.
• Support system deployments, installations, upgrades, and technical collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
• Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions, and improve system reliability.

Requirements

• Experience with IT troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Windows and Linux server administration skills.
• VMware virtualization and Kubernetes container platform administration.
• Network troubleshooting, enterprise storage administration, and server hardware maintenance.
• System monitoring, log analysis, and technical documentation skills.
• Technical English proficiency and the ability to learn independently.
