Director, IA Sales Incentive Compensation (Insurance)

What you will do

• Build and lead a rewards and recognition team managing contingency agreements, short- and long-term incentives, and experiential rewards.
• Design, implement, measure, approve, and administer incentive compensation programs for the IA channel.
• Develop innovative compensation recommendations aligned with business strategy and use complex modeling to test plan outcomes.
• Analyze large data sets, identify trends, and communicate insights to business, product, field, finance, and senior leadership partners.
• Lead incentive compensation communications, change management, compliance coordination, and process improvements.
• Prepare business plans, staffing projections, budgets, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of incentive compensation design and administration experience, including team leadership.
• Experience selecting, implementing, and executing incentive compensation systems.
• Advanced Excel expertise and the ability to organize and manipulate large data sets in complex spreadsheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work with HR Business Partners, managers, and senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business management or administration, or HR administration is preferred.
