AI Automations & Data Specialist (AI)

Location: Fully remote, global position; flexible daytime professional hours.

Salary: Up to $5,000 USD per month, based on experience.

hirify.global is a 65-person, 100% remote cloud-accounting firm providing full-cycle accounting, tax, and professional services to U.S. clients.

What you will do

• Own, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and their production infrastructure, including data pipelines, Python scripts, SQL cron jobs, and gateway refresh chains.
• Manage monthly margin and quarterly profit-share processes across time tracking, financial, and payroll data.
• Clean, reconcile, and validate data from multiple sources before results affect team payouts.
• Build and maintain AI-powered and low-code automations across the company using tools such as Claude, Make, Zapier, and SaaS APIs.
• Develop integrations, internal agents, invoicing automations, and other solutions that reduce operational friction.
• Document solutions thoroughly and support teammates in using them.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI automation and data inside a B2B business.
• Advanced Power BI expertise, including dashboard optimization, data pipelines, database design, row-level security, gateway refreshes, and complex DAX logic.
• Strong Python and SQL skills, including maintaining scripts and production data processes.
• Proven workflow automation experience with AI and low-code tools such as Claude, Zapier, and Make.
• Advanced Excel skills, including structured tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, named ranges, data validation, pivot tables, and disciplined file and path management.
• Strong data governance, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Basic accounting literacy, including understanding charts of accounts, GL structure, and core accounting concepts.
