Annuities Analyst (Fintech)

Location: New York, New York, United States; office work Monday–Thursday with remote work flexibility on Friday.

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year, plus equity and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end onboarding for wealth managers and financial professionals from intake through activation.
• Configure and maintain annuity products, ensuring accurate product data and timely updates.
• Support Hexure integration and configuration, including implementation, testing, and optimization.
• Prepare materials, synthesize platform data, and support senior management on strategic and operational initiatives.
• Partner with Sales and Engineering to communicate platform capabilities, resolve issues, and improve platform reliability.
• Manage client expectations through proactive communication, issue tracking, and timely resolution of operational inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance, business, or a related concentration preferred.
• 2–5 years of operational or client-facing experience in financial services.
• Exposure to annuities or insurance products is strongly preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, relationship management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
• Experience with Hexure or comparable insurance and annuity configuration platforms is a strong plus.
