Senior Annuities Operations Associate

Location: Remote US

Salary: $83,000–$147,000 base salary per year across US locations, excluding applicable bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Process new annuity business, including application submission, funding, and commissions.
• Collaborate with sales to reduce administrative workload and increase sales activity.
• Communicate with annuity carriers and keep the sales team informed about business progress.
• Develop and document annuity-related processes and scalable operational systems.
• Partner with licensing and appointment teams to onboard new hires.
• Work with Product, Marketing, and RevOps to create, test, and launch process and product improvements, including CRM workflow optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, annuities, life insurance, investing, or another analytically intensive field.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with detailed analytical problem-solving.
• Strong initiative, ownership, communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
• Salesforce system administration experience and familiarity with sales technologies.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and in flexible, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Annuity, life insurance, or investment sales experience.
• Experience with Firelight or another annuity order-entry system.
