What you will do

• Lead AI-enabled engineering, intelligent automation, and modern software architecture initiatives.
• Design and deploy end-to-end AI solutions using cloud AI services, LLM-powered tools, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Rapidly prototype and productionize automations for finance, operations, supply chain, and other business functions.
• Mentor engineers, offshore resources, and citizen developers while conducting code reviews and establishing clean development standards.
• Partner with business leaders and executive stakeholders to translate complex workflows into technical requirements.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and shape long-term automation strategy and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience focused on scalable, n-tier architectures.
• Demonstrated delivery of AI or automation solutions with measurable business impact.
• Strong object-oriented programming experience with C# or Java.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI assistants or LLMs into enterprise workflows and leading technical workstreams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, SQL, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular.
• Familiarity with DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience supporting accounting, inventory, or complex operational functions.
