What you will do

• Lead the design and deployment of scalable AI-driven solutions to transform business operations.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions using cloud services, LLM tools, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Prototype and transition automations into production for finance, operations, and supply chain domains.
• Mentor engineers and offshore teams, establishing clean coding standards and sustainable development patterns.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to translate complex business workflows into technical requirements.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of intelligent automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on scalable, n-tier architectures.
• Expertise in object-oriented programming (C# or Java).
• Expert-level proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate).
• Proven track record of integrating AI assistants or LLMs into enterprise workflows.
• Experience leading technical workstreams and guiding offshore resources.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Azure stack, SQL, and modern front-end frameworks like Angular.
• Familiarity with DevOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in supporting accounting, inventory, or complex operational functions.
