What you will do
- Create reports and technical documents.
- Enter accurate metadata into electronic records to support search and retrieval.
- Implement trackers to monitor the close-out of proprietor actions.
- Manage information circulation and establish an efficient document management system.
- Update, maintain, archive, and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers, and databases.
- Support the quality and document control team in meeting its objectives.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar document management role.
- Experience with Aconex and SharePoint, which are critical for the role.
- Ability to manage a large range of information.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability for a remote role associated with Richmond, Virginia, US.
