What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance custom OneStream planning functionality using C# and the OneStream extensibility framework.
• Build and optimize register-based planning solutions, calculations, business rules, dashboards, workspaces, cube views, and reusable platform components.
• Take technical ownership of the OneStream application through UAT, production deployment, regression testing, releases, and ongoing support.
• Investigate production issues and UAT defects, perform root cause analysis, implement enhancements, and improve application performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, rollforward, reporting, driver-based planning, and complex models across multiple cubes.
• Develop and support integrations with Oracle Fusion, Workday, Salesforce, Databricks, and other enterprise platforms using REST APIs and SQL.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on OneStream development experience.
• Strong C# development experience with BRApi, Custom Business Objects, Extender APIs, and OneStream extensibility.
• Experience with custom register-based planning solutions and complex multi-cube environments.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and management reporting.
• Experience with Custom Tables, DataBuffers, Stage Tables, Data Management, Metadata Management, Workflow Configuration, and Security.
• Experience supporting applications through UAT, production deployment, enterprise integrations, and operational support.

Nice to have

• OneStream Certified Professional certification.
• Experience with enterprise-scale planning applications in production.
• Experience transitioning technical ownership from an implementation partner.
• Experience with Application Control Manager, Solution Exchange components, and deployment management across Development, UAT, and Production.
