Product Marketing Lead, Home & Property (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid, 3 days in the office per week, with corporate offices in Bethesda, MD or Manhattan, NY. The role is based in the United States.

Annual salary: $73,800–$115,825.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate visibility into Home and Property marketing plans, priorities, growth segments, and markets.
• Support budget tracking, monthly reconciliation, and reporting for the Home and Property marketing budget.
• Translate dashboards, performance data, and test results into channel and lifecycle recommendations.
• Coordinate retention and lifecycle workflows, calendars, materials, and customer touchpoints.
• Review creative assets and briefs to ensure alignment with product needs, RTB guidance, and brand standards.
• Support tech-enabled intake, approval, tagging, and QA workflows that improve execution speed.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, marketing coordination, or a related role.
• Experience working with dashboards, reporting tools, and performance data.
• Ability to translate analytical outputs into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience supporting budget tracking, reconciliation, or reporting.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must work in a hybrid arrangement with 3 office days per week; hirify.global will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization.
