What you will do

• Act as a product expert on Quantitative Equity Solutions (QES) strategies for internal and external clients.
• Develop tailored client proposals and quantitative analysis to address unique investor needs.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, strategists, and engineers to improve investment processes and digital tools.
• Prepare account performance commentary and support advisors through account lifecycle events.
• Create marketing collateral including webinars, white papers, and blog posts.
• Drive business strategy and commercial success by building relationships across legal, compliance, and operations.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of relevant work experience in finance or quantitative analysis.
• Must be based in New York, NY, United States.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, statistics, and investment strategies.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Programming experience (Python, R, Java, C++, or Matlab) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
