Corporate Counsel, Employment and Litigation

Location: Remote within the United States; Nashville, TN preferred. Up to 25% travel.

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

hirify.global is a physician-led and physician-owned U.S. radiology practice providing healthcare services to hospitals and other healthcare facilities.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day legal support on terminations, leave and accommodation matters, discrimination and harassment complaints, wage and hour questions, and workplace investigations.
• Support employment litigation and administrative proceedings, including EEOC and state agency charges, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Support commercial litigation involving contracts, vendors, and other business disputes.
• Conduct internal investigations by gathering facts, interviewing witnesses, and helping determine appropriate resolutions.
• Draft demand letters, litigation holds, position statements, and related correspondence.
• Partner with HR, compliance, business stakeholders, and outside counsel to manage legal risk, disputes, and litigation efficiently.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission in good standing to at least one U.S. state bar is required.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience in labor and employment and/or commercial litigation.
• Experience with employment disputes, investigations, litigation, commercial dispute resolution, and employment-related administrative proceedings.
• Strong practical judgment, organization, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple active matters.
• Experience working with HR, business stakeholders, and outside counsel; proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
