Salary: USD 85,000–140,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee quarterly valuation processes for private equity, private debt, and general partner stake positions.
• Perform price verification using financial statement analysis, discounted cash flow, market, and liquidation approaches.
• Coordinate with portfolio managers, traders, Fund Accounting, Operations, Risk, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Investor Relations.
• Support independent third-party valuations and internal and external audit reviews.
• Prepare investor and regulatory reporting, financial statement disclosures, and valuation committee presentations.
• Build expertise in private equity markets and the alternative asset management industry.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant public and/or private markets experience.
• Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• Working knowledge of private equity and private debt valuation methodologies.
• Strong understanding of WACC, CAPM, Contingent Claims Analysis, equity markets, and valuation accounting disclosures.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
