Compliance Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote - United States

Salary: $155,000–$177,450 annual base salary, plus equity and a potential 15% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and delivery of Compliance tooling and technology initiatives with Product and Engineering.
• Manage the full initiative lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, backlog management, UAT, launch readiness, rollout, and post-launch support.
• Coordinate UAT, validate functionality against business requirements, and maintain audit-ready implementation evidence.
• Act as the primary liaison between Compliance, Product, Engineering, Data, and technology vendors.
• Lead tool implementation and adoption through communications, training, documentation, and change management.
• Improve Compliance operations through automation, AI, workflow enhancements, dashboards, KPI reporting, and resource planning.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in Compliance, Financial Crimes, Risk, Product Operations, Product Compliance, or Program Management within financial services, fintech, or digital assets.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML and OFAC sanctions requirements.
• Experience across the technology delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design reviews, UAT, launch readiness, and post-launch enhancements.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Strong project management skills, including roadmap planning, Jira management, dependency tracking, UAT coordination, rollout planning, and documentation.
• Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into product requirements and testable acceptance criteria.
