Compliance Program Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead delivery and roadmap of compliance tooling and technology initiatives, partnering with Product and Engineering.
• Manage full lifecycle of compliance technology projects including intake, prioritization, UAT, launch, and post-launch support.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure audit-ready implementation documentation.
• Serve as liaison between Compliance, Product, Engineering, Data, and vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships and lead adoption of new compliance tools including training and change management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements through automation and AI, and develop operational dashboards and KPI reporting.

Requirements

• Must have 5–8 years of experience in Compliance, Financial Crimes, Risk, Product Operations, or Program Management in financial services, fintech, or digital assets.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML and OFAC sanctions requirements.
• Experience supporting full technology delivery lifecycle including requirements gathering, UAT, and launch readiness.
• Proven success leading cross-functional projects with ownership of timelines and stakeholder communications.
• Strong project management skills including roadmap planning, backlog management, and documentation.
• Interest in AI tools, workflow automation, and emerging technologies to improve compliance operations.
