Salary: $23-$50 per hour

What you will do

• Complete a 12-week actuarial internship in one of hirify.global’s actuarial departments.
• Apply classroom knowledge to real-world actuarial work.
• Contribute to pricing, research, or reserving activities across property and casualty insurance lines.
• Interact with underwriting, claims, and sales teams to support informed business decisions.
• Build experience relevant to a future actuarial career.

Requirements

• Advanced mathematics and statistics skills, or experience with modeling, programming, or quantitative analysis.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to think strategically and critically.
• Experiences demonstrating leadership qualities.
• Knowledge of current insurance trends is preferred.
• hirify.global does not participate in the STEM OPT Extension program.
