What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver reporting and descriptive analytics using SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik.
• Analyze financial results, sales performance, historical trends, variances, cost drivers, and sales KPIs such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and quota attainment.
• Gather, organize, and harmonize large and disparate datasets using ETL tools such as Alteryx, Talend, or SSIS.
• Build dashboards and visualizations, including charts, heatmaps, scorecards, and narrative-driven sales performance reports.
• Research root causes, identify process breakdowns, and propose new metrics and actionable intelligence for stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality, resolve MRP and planning discrepancies, and improve recurring reporting processes.

Requirements

• Knowledge of data processing methods, relational tables, procedures, and computer software systems.
• Experience with CRM platforms and SQL data extraction, including joining data from databases.
• Understanding of business process analysis and redesign.
• Knowledge of systems design and development, requirements analysis, testing, installation, evaluation, and operational management.
• Knowledge of information systems design and operation.
• Ability to perform under the specified working conditions in Selah, Washington.
