What you will do

• Lead complex planned and ad hoc analytical initiatives from problem definition through insight delivery.
• Analyze trends, performance drivers, customer behavior, and business outcomes using advanced analytical and statistical techniques.
• Partner with business, analytics, and technology stakeholders to define requirements and influence decisions.
• Coordinate multiple analytical projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Extract, analyze, and validate large datasets using querying, database, and analytical tools.
• Present clear findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics, business, economics, statistics, or a related field.
• Strong experience in business or data analysis within complex, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to independently lead analytical projects and manage competing priorities.
• Advanced analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau.
