Store Operations Specialist (e-Commerce)

What you will do

• Manage and optimize end-to-end e-commerce operations across 40 global markets, ensuring consistency, compliance, and localization.
• Define and improve SOPs, workflows, governance frameworks, and scalable operational processes.
• Drive automation, personalization, AI-powered improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage the product lifecycle and maintain accurate product data, pricing, taxonomy, and content governance.
• Partner with eCommerce Sales Specialists on data-driven merchandising to improve conversion, average order value, and revenue.
• Coordinate projects, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, site enhancements, escalations, and customer experience improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or online merchandising.
• Experience managing multi-market or global e-commerce environments.
• Strong understanding of website architecture, UX principles, conversion optimization, project management, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or Power BI.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CMS and e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or Magento.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
