What you will do
- Plan and execute customer events, executive briefings, partner engagements, workshops, webinars, and roundtable sessions.
- Coordinate invitations, registrations, logistics, venues, communications, event materials, agendas, and speaker briefings.
- Work with sales teams on customer engagement and pipeline generation activities.
- Track attendance, customer feedback, event outcomes, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate sales forums, calendars, new-hire onboarding, training, operations matters, and employee engagement activities.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a key contact for business operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, operations, or a related field.
- Experience in business operations, sales operations, event management, executive administration, or program coordination.
- Experience supporting leadership teams in a regional or multinational environment.
- Knowledge of business operations, program coordination, and event management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
