What you will do

• Actively participate in the tender and bid process, from documentation through to analysis and reporting.
• Manage the change management process by identifying, analyzing, and implementing cost-affecting changes.
• Analyze tenders and bids to ensure optimal value for money for the client.
• Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts and handle claims.
• Create comprehensive cost plans and estimates for key client developments.
• Oversee project spend via valuations and cost reports while mentoring employees to foster growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Cost Manager, ideally within a consultancy background.
• Expertise in pre-contract cost management, budget control, and cost planning.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction discipline.
• Chartered status or actively pursuing the path to completion.
• Must be based in Singapore for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
