What you will do

• Act as the primary duty manager and solo operator for the immersive experience building.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end guest journey and provide high-energy hosting.
• Manage on-site operations, including local scheduling and building upkeep to premium standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and security guidelines.
• Handle day-to-day site budgets and local expenses.
• Coordinate and onboard backup staff or direct assistants to ensure operational coverage.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Singapore
• Ability to work highly independently as a solo operator of a venue.
• Proven experience in high-standard customer service and professional hosting.
• Competence in troubleshooting game systems, AV, and basic technology on the spot.
• Practical proficiency in Excel and Word for administrative tasks.
• Ability to assess risk and manage building security independently.
