Associate Manager - Advanced Analytics Reporting

What you will do

• Design, develop, and manage dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
• Own end-to-end reporting delivery, including data extraction, transformation, visualization, and quality assurance.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical reporting specifications.
• Partner with pharmaceutical clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to present insights and recommendations.
• Lead a team of analysts and reporting specialists by allocating work, reviewing deliverables, and mentoring team members.
• Improve reporting frameworks, automation, dashboard usability, visualization design, and self-service analytics.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Mandatory experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences domain.
• Strong expertise in Tableau or Power BI, plus proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with pharmaceutical commercial analytics, including sales, marketing, omnichannel KPIs, segmentation, and business rules.
• Experience handling large datasets, ensuring data integrity and governance, and building scalable reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA, Symphony, and CRM systems.
• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Exposure to advanced analytics or automation tools.
