What you will do

• Own the strategy and operational engine for the ground truth AI platform across tens of thousands of physical stores.
• Design systems for capturing real-time shelf data and connecting it to customer, Dasher, and merchant product experiences.
• Build roadmaps and lead initiatives from concept through launch, optimization, and large-scale deployment.
• Manage metrics and analyze operational and financial impacts using data, SQL, and Excel modeling.
• Lead a cross-functional pod spanning product, engineering, ML, design, and operations.
• Scale the platform across inventory accuracy, catalog, pricing, customer selection, and Dasher pick-time use cases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in technology, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
• Experience solving ambiguous problems from first principles and operating across strategic and detailed execution levels.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work with SQL and Excel-based modeling.
• Technical fluency and experience partnering with ML and engineering teams on complex trade-offs.
• Completed BS/BA degree, ideally in business or engineering.

• Experience in marketplace operations, fulfillment, or data-intensive platform environments.
• MBA.
