Sr. Cribl Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Execute project tasks independently in line with statements of work and standard operating procedures.
• Lead client discussions to understand business objectives, engineering requirements, technical concepts, and support needs.
• Lead and mentor Associate, Level I, and Level II Engineers, review their work, provide training, and support career development.
• Act as the escalation point for complex issues and lead technical support during and after project implementation.
• Document project progress, issues, and resolutions, while overseeing the creation of new standard operating procedures.
• Manage team performance processes, including timecard and expense approval, quarterly feedback, and annual reviews.

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7–10 years of related experience.
• Experience operating in classified environments and leading engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Cribl, identity, SIEM, cybersecurity, and infrastructure concepts.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CUI, CMMC, FedRAMP, and IL constructs.
• Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills; willingness to travel for client needs.
