Senior Software Engineer (C#/Python/Java)

Location: Remote - Pennsylvania; hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office per week. Travel may be required up to 10%. Relocation assistance is not authorized. New hires starting October 1, 2025 or later must attend on-site onboarding at a designated company location.

Salary: $106,000–$145,750 per year for US applicants, including base pay and variable incentive pay where eligible.

What you will do

• Develop high-scale and resilient software products and services.
• Use modern technologies and cloud ecosystems to build and deliver solutions.
• Secure software and deploy products to government environments.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC within a Scrum team, including design, development, and code reviews.
• Deliver products and services to environments around the world.
• Resolve escalated customer support issues and follow corporate security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related discipline, plus at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of software development experience using C#, Python, or Java.
• At least 3 years of experience with SQL-based databases.
• At least 3 years of experience developing web applications with HTML5, Angular, and object-oriented JavaScript.
• At least 3 years of experience with web services and cloud deployments, preferably AWS.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• AWS Developer or Architect certification.
• Experience delivering high-visibility projects on tight timelines.
• Experience with web application security, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID.
• Software security and vulnerability remediation skills.
• Healthcare or health information systems industry experience.
