Regular Giving Officer (Redeployees Only) (Fundraising)

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom; hybrid working on campus and remotely, with occasional evening and weekend work.

Salary: £33,002–£36,636 per annum, depending on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Help deliver and grow the University’s regular giving and mass fundraising programme.
• Develop and implement fundraising ideas and respond to emerging opportunities.
• Create and deliver tailored supporter journeys using segmentation, training, and fundraising systems.
• Plan and deliver campaigns across multiple channels.
• Analyse campaign performance and report results to senior colleagues.
• Ensure fundraising activity complies with legislation and best practice.

• Proactive, creative, energetic, and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to use data and systems effectively to support targeted fundraising.
• Confidence working across multiple channels and collaborating with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement on campus in Manchester and remotely.
