Senior Technology Specialist (AI)

Salary: $125,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Support enterprise strategies for AI-enabled systems, computer hardware and software integration, and cloud-native architectures.
• Design, develop, and evaluate secure AI deployment solutions using cybersecurity-by-design and DevSecOps principles.
• Lead and coordinate cross-agency AI engineering projects involving digital transformation, data platforms, and secure computing infrastructure.
• Provide advanced technology support for enterprise AI integration, software and hardware enablement, and data security posture management.
• Support AI-assisted workflows, prompt engineering, agent orchestration frameworks, and model evaluation tools.
• Align software deployments with Federal regulations, data management policies, security frameworks, and Executive Orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, preferably in a Federal environment; a master’s degree or 8 years of experience, or 14 years of experience, may substitute.
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with enterprise operating systems, cloud stacks such as AWS and Azure, and AI/ML tools.
• Ability to collaborate with delivery teams, customers, and government stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Federal contracts.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and enterprise IT service management practices.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or disciplines.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
