Location: Vienna, Austria; hybrid work combining onsite collaboration and remote work. An additional 25 days per year may be worked from a city or country of choice.

What you will do

• Shoot and edit high-quality social-first video content for social media channels, campaigns, studio productions, and events.
• Operate camera setups independently in studio and live environments.
• Edit engaging short-form videos optimized for social platforms, with emphasis on pacing, hooks, and audience retention.
• Support the creation of motion graphics, animations, and AI-supported creative assets.
• Collaborate with Concept, Design, and the wider Creative team to develop premium branded content formats.
• Support internal video content production.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with camera operation, including studio setups and event coverage.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and social-first editing.
• Understanding of short-form storytelling and content formats for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms.
• Interest in social media, digital culture, finance, and emerging technologies.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools to produce video assets and visuals.

Nice to have

• Basic to intermediate Adobe After Effects skills.
• Experience creating simple animations and motion graphics.
