System Analyst (US Equities Integration)

hirify.global is a blockchain-sector technology company developing smartcard-based hardware wallets and mobile applications for digital assets.

What you will do

• Analyze the external vendor’s APIs and partner technologies, including order lifecycles, account and position models, funding rails, market data, corporate actions, webhooks, errors, throttling, and sandbox behavior.
• Produce frontend and backend specifications covering screen flows, states, edge cases, data models, API contracts, integration sequences, errors, and reconciliation.
• Define the trade signals pipeline, including data sources, indicator computation, subscriptions, delivery, and push infrastructure.
• Specify regulatory support features such as trade and order blotters, audit trails, communications archives, approval workflows, complaint logs, and exception reports.
• Lead technical discussions with the vendor, document confirmed behavior and assumptions, and maintain the specifications as decisions change.
• Define the sandbox and testing strategy, acceptance criteria, and support developers through implementation and testing.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a system or technical analyst, developer, solution architect, or in a comparable role.
• Experience with mobile applications for iOS and Android and with producing specifications used by development teams.
• Professional experience with trading or brokerage systems is required, including order management, market data, execution, settlement, or reconciliation.
• Technical foundation in software development, engineering, or mathematics, with the ability to read API documentation and reason about system architecture.
• Experience integrating a substantial third-party API into a production system where correctness and state consistency were important.
• Fluent professional English, including written communication.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of US equities market structure, FIX, retail brokerage, or mobile trading products.
• Experience with technical analysis and indicator libraries, SQL, or Python.
• Familiarity with Figma, Miro, crypto, and self-custody.
