• Develop paid social creative strategies for Meta performance campaigns.
• Create hooks, scripts, and storyboards for video production.
• Brief and collaborate with video editors to produce creative concepts.
• Review creative iterations and develop performance-focused variations.
• Balance direct-response advertising with platform-native organic content.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience developing performance creative for Meta platforms.
• Strong hands-on scripting and storyboarding skills.
• Ability to translate audience insights into compelling creative concepts.
• Experience briefing and collaborating with video editors.
• Commercial mindset linking creative decisions to campaign performance.
