Senior Support Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid, two days per week in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal

What you will do

• Provide senior-level support for Salesforce-based business systems.
• Query and analyze data using SQL and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).
• Apply hands-on data modeling expertise to support business and IT needs.
• Work across asset management, product manufacturing processes, and investment fund distribution.
• Combine technical support depth with functional understanding of business domains.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in support.
• Proficiency in SQL and SOQL for data querying.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling.
• Functional knowledge of asset management, product manufacturing processes, and investment fund distribution.
• Fluent English at B2 level.
• Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit, is required.
