Application Support & SQL (French)

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per month

What you will do

• Provide technical and application support to users and clients.
• Investigate and resolve data-oriented customer support issues.
• Use SQL queries, filters, and JOIN statements to analyze application data.
• Support challenging client projects and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT technical support, application support, or data-oriented customer support.
• Strong practical command of SQL, including SELECT queries, filters, and JOIN statements.
• French at minimum B2 level, written and spoken.
• Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal.
