What you will do

• Coordinate village survey teams and manage daily field work planning, productivity, and service quality.
• Track team and individual performance, identify risks, and implement course corrections and process improvements.
• Coach, mentor, train, and conduct performance reviews for Field Officers, including addressing underperformance when necessary.
• Support the Field Manager and Project Manager with analytical reports, crisis response, work-plan adjustments, and team-building initiatives.
• Use beneficiary data management and survey tools to support survey updates, data inquiries, and performance analysis.
• Manage field administration, including allowances, timesheets, leave requests, and equipment needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant professional field.
• Working proficiency in English and Kinyarwanda, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to solve complex operational challenges and work independently in field settings.
• Strong personnel management, relationship-building, judgment, and risk communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to use data for decision-making.
