Engineering Manager (Mobile Apps)

Location: Malaga, Spain. Hybrid work policy with up to 10 days per year working remotely from abroad.

What you will do

• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, mentoring, career development, and team organisation.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and passion for delivering high-quality products.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering leadership to support product and technical goals.
• Take accountability for delivery quality and timelines while advancing modern agile software development practices.
• Drive technical excellence, application performance, stability, and reliability across the teams.

Requirements

• Experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Extensive experience developing mobile applications for iOS and/or Android.
• Strong knowledge of modern agile software development practices and their implementation at scale.
• Experience improving application performance and reliability.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to drive execution and delivery.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
