VIP Account Manager (iGaming)

Location: On-site in Ta' Xbiex, Malta

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers through exceptional service and personalized support.
• Understand VIP customer needs, preferences, and goals to provide tailored recommendations and offers.
• Act as the main point of contact, resolving inquiries and customer issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on exclusive events, promotions, invitations, and bespoke rewards.
• Monitor and analyze VIP customer activity to identify engagement and retention opportunities.
• Support the development and execution of VIP customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Requirements

• Fluent Polish and English, written and spoken
• Previous experience in VIP account management or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong relationship-building, communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
• Customer-centric mindset and commitment to exceptional service
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights

Nice to have

• Experience in the iGaming or a related industry
