Customer Account Specialist (German Speaking)

Location: On-site in St Julian’s, Malta. Relocation support is provided for moving to Malta.

What you will do

• Proactively engage customers through outbound calls, email, and other communication channels.
• Strengthen customer relationships, improve retention and engagement, and increase customer lifetime value.
• Provide personalized product guidance, tailored offers, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Act as an escalation point for valuable customers and resolve issues that frontline support cannot address.
• Ensure customer interactions follow KYC, AML, and Responsible Gaming requirements.
• Deliver personalized service and timely responses across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements

• Strongly proactive, confident, and comfortable making outbound customer calls.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Comfortable working with data and insights using Excel and Domo.
• Fluent German is essential.
• Strong English communication is required for collaboration in the main office language.
