What you will do

• Plan, write, and publish concise, technical blog posts targeting early adopter developers and tech-forward enterprises
• Collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to bring products to market
• Create fast, engaging content that builds hirify.global's credibility
• Design and run meet-ups, workshops, and livestreams to energize developers
• Gather and package actionable feedback from community interactions for Product and Engineering
• Track engagement metrics and optimize content and events accordingly
• Build visibility at priority conferences

Requirements

• Experience owning and growing a technical audience on platforms like X, Substack, LinkedIn, or YouTube
• Proven growth experience with campaign pipeline accountability
• Technical fluency to translate engineering work into developer-native content
• Ability to work independently and ship work without waiting for direction
• Location: Must be based in San Francisco or able to commute

Nice to have

• Experience coding or building with APIs
• Familiarity with PLG and enterprise hybrid go-to-market strategies
• Experience in early-stage startups
• Connections in AI engineering and open source communities
