SERM Manager

Location: Remote from Armenia, Poland, or Ukraine

What you will do

• Monitor company and brand mentions across search engines, social media, blogs, news platforms, forums, and Q&A websites.
• Find and analyze negative reviews, comments, and articles.
• Evaluate search rankings for branded keywords and provide performance reports.
• Conduct market analysis for project launches and develop SERM strategies and plans.
• Add products to platforms and marketplaces and create accounts on relevant services.
• Work on removing negative content from search engine results pages.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of SEO and search engine optimization principles.
• Understanding of SMM fundamentals and experience with social media platforms.
• Practical experience or confident use of Ahrefs, Google Alerts, SE Ranking, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics.
• Experience working with forums and Q&A platforms such as Reddit and Quora.
• Skills in content analysis, improvement recommendations, analytical thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English, C1–C2.
