Tester (Quality Assurance Specialist)

Salary: 11,000–15,600 PLN net per month, depending on experience and agreed scope of services

What you will do

• Execute structured manual tests for features before release, focusing on edge cases and business logic.
• Conduct independent exploratory testing sessions on production systems.
• Use AI tools to generate test scenarios, audit coverage, and draft documentation.
• Maintain accurate product and technical documentation based on validated domain knowledge.
• Identify broken or inefficient processes and propose practical improvements.
• Report bugs clearly and factually so developers can act without follow-up questions.

Requirements

• Strong curiosity about end-to-end business domains, including pricing, bookings, integrations, and customer journeys.
• Meticulous and methodical approach to test design, edge-case analysis, and exploratory testing.
• Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, or equivalent for testing and documentation.
• Manual testing fundamentals, including test case design and actionable bug reporting.
• Basic API testing knowledge, including Postman.
• Business Polish and English for documentation and cross-team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience automating personal workflows with AI tools.
• Exposure to travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or fintech domains.
• Experience writing test strategies or edge-case lists used by developers.
