Software Quality Specialist (Manual Testing)

Location: Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania; office-based/hybrid

Salary: From €2,800 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.

What you will do

• Create and execute test plans, user scenarios, and manual test cases for new and existing features.
• Perform regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing to validate product stability.
• Identify, document, and track defects with detailed, actionable information.
• Collaborate with development and product management teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Set up and manage complex test environments aligned with project requirements.
• Analyze test results, report quality metrics, and identify areas for automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of QA principles, methodologies, and the software development lifecycle.
• Proactive ownership of product quality, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Foundational knowledge of test environment setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills required.
