TL;DR

QA Lead (IoT): Taking ownership of quality assurance across mobile and IoT projects with an accent on designing and executing test strategies, improving QA processes, and mentoring a team of testers. Focus on compatibility, functional, integration, E2E, automated, performance, security, regression, and integration testing.

Location: You can work fully remotely or from our office in the center of Warsaw.

Salary: 17 000 - 23 000 PLN net/month - B2B

What you will do

• Plan, design, and execute comprehensive testing strategies for IoT and mobile products.
• Manage and mentor the QA team members, provide guidance, review test cases, and foster knowledge sharing.
• Introduce modern QA tools and practices, including test automation and CI/CD integration.
• Define and track quality metrics and continuously improve testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and clients to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage.
• Perform and oversee different types of testing, including compatibility, functional, integration, E2E, automated, performance, security, regression and integration testing.

Requirements

• At least 6+ years of professional experience in software testing, preferably in mobile and IoT projects.
• Experience with test case management tools (e.g. Qase) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Hands-on knowledge of manual and automated testing (e.g. Cypress, Appium, Postman, Robot Framework).
• Strong understanding of BLE, API testing, and cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Leadership mindset - ability to support, guide, and grow others.
