QA Lead (IoT)

Location: Remote in Poland or from the pet-friendly office in central Warsaw. Core hours are 10:00–18:00 CET, with some client meetings scheduled until 20:00 CET.

Salary: 17,000–23,000 PLN net/month on B2B.

What you will do

• Design and execute testing strategies for mobile and IoT products.
• Lead, mentor, and support QA team members through guidance, test-case reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Introduce modern QA tools and practices, including test automation and CI/CD integration.
• Define quality metrics and improve testing efficiency in collaboration with the CTO.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage.
• Oversee compatibility, functional, integration, end-to-end, automated, performance, security, and regression testing across devices, firmware, mobile software, and cloud pipelines.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience in software testing, preferably in mobile and IoT projects.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing using tools such as Cypress, Appium, Postman, or Robot Framework.
• Strong understanding of BLE, API testing, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Firebase.
• Experience with test-case management tools such as Qase and Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to support, guide, and develop other testers.
• Good command of English at B2 level or higher.
