TL;DR

Support Specialist (Logistics): Providing after-hours support to English-speaking drivers and clients, checking UK/EU transport documents, booking tickets, and reporting to management with an accent on customer communication, document processing, and shift-based problem solving. Focus on resolving urgent driver and client requests during up to 12-hour night and day shifts and maintaining accurate transportation records.

Location: On-site in Minsk, Belarus

Salary: 1,500–2,150 BYR net per month

What you will do

Provide after-hours support to English-speaking company drivers and clients.
Respond to driver and client requests promptly and professionally.
Check and complete UK/EU transport documents.
Book tickets and handle related transportation processes.
Prepare regular reports for colleagues and management.

Requirements

Solid knowledge of English
Strong teamwork skills.
Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
No prior work experience is required.
Availability for up to 12-hour night and day shifts in an office-based role.
