RPF Agent (Payments)

What you will do

• Process small payments and resolve payment-related issues.
• Verify customers and review cases independently.
• Analyze and identify fraud patterns, violations, and other risk indicators.
• Present analysis results according to company requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer service quality and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent Russian in written and spoken communication.
• Intermediate or upper-intermediate English in written and spoken communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat and email platforms.

Nice to have

• Background in data analytics or finance.
