Technical Regional Manager (Victoria)

Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Travel of up to 25% may include client locations across Australia, the PSC Philippines location, and the PSC Singapore office.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day business operations and support the growth of PSC Australia and the Victoria region.
• Identify business growth opportunities, develop consulting projects, solicit professional services and software business, and build client relationships.
• Hire, train, mentor, delegate to, and manage the performance of interns, subcontractors, and employees.
• Develop proposals with the Managing Director and maintain sales activity, client contact, opportunity, and pipeline records in CRM.
• Work on billable projects involving project management, project execution, equipment validation, and process validation while maintaining project profitability.
• Provide technical expertise to colleagues and clients and represent hirify.global at professional industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Science, or a related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in the biotech or a related industry.
• Innovation, problem-solving, analytical, planning, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with delegation, staff policy compliance, reporting, and presenting information to senior managers or clients.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to develop effective solutions and strategies.
