What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing pre-sales Solutions Architect team.

• Work with Sales and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver data-driven, value-focused solutions.

• Represent Databricks on the regional leadership team and support its local presence.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing technical pre-sales or Solutions Architecture teams.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to enterprise customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Services, and other cross-functional teams.
• Ability to design value-focused solutions and support strategic customer engagements.
• Experience building customer and partner relationships in a digital transformation context.
