What you will do

• Define and implement Zero Trust adoption strategies and roadmaps aligned with NIST and CISA frameworks.
• Design reference architectures covering identity, devices, networks, and workload protection.
• Deploy ZTNA solutions to replace traditional VPNs and integrate IAM, MFA, and least privilege models.
• Implement network and workload microsegmentation across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Manage technical security projects, ensuring scope, quality, and alignment with regulatory requirements like GDPR and DORA.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, technical proposal defense, and solution design for clients.

Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity projects with a focus on Zero Trust architectures.
• Hands-on technical experience with IAM/MFA, ZTNA, microsegmentation, SASE/SSE, and cloud security (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
• Vendor-specific certifications (Zscaler, Microsoft, Palo Alto, Okta).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code.
