TL;DR
SAP FICO Consultant (SAP FI/CO): Supporting treasury process stabilization, SAP rollouts, and new Finance and Controlling requirements across more than 40 legal entities with an accent on SAP configuration, process optimization, and integrated financial accounting. Focus on copying ERP systems, migrating data, coordinating testing and training, and solving complex cross-functional implementation challenges.

What you will do
- Stabilize treasury processes and implement new business requirements in SAP R3 across more than 40 global legal entities.
- Support ERP system copying, data migration, and the implementation of Finance and Controlling processes for a medium-sized company.
- Coordinate process standardization, optimization initiatives, and decision support for Finance and Controlling topics.
- Act as the interface between Finance and Controlling, business departments, IT, and central teams.
- Plan and coordinate testing, key-user training, and data migration activities.
- Provide knowledge transfer and functional support to global locations.
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in accounting or SAP rollout projects.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP FI in R3 or S/4HANA, including customization and configuration.
- Strong understanding of Finance, Controlling, and integrated financial accounting processes.
- Experience with SAP FICO implementation support and functional coordination.
- Proficiency in English required. Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and effective teamwork are also required.
