Communications Development Manager (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and deliver transactional member communications and supporting literature across Workplace schemes.
• Create customer-centric communications that meet business, regulatory, and customer outcome requirements.
• Apply member insight, behavioural science, and research to improve engagement and communication effectiveness.
• Manage communication journeys across the member lifecycle and deliver content through digital and traditional channels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, and third-party suppliers to deliver communication solutions.
• Measure communication performance, analyse results, identify improvements, and support Consumer Duty requirements.

Requirements

• Experience designing and delivering customer communications, campaigns, or engagement activities.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, collaboration, and organisational skills.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to produce publication-ready content.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use insight and data for decision-making.
• Project management experience, including managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience working with creative agencies, suppliers, or external partners.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of behavioural economics or communication composition tools.
