Digital Marketing Co-op (Marketing)

Location: Hybrid work in Export, Pennsylvania, United States, with regular on-site presence at hirify.global USA Inc. following training.

hirify.global USA Inc. is hiring for a digital marketing role supporting social media, email, content, analytics, and tradeshow activities.

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and publish social media content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create visuals, copy, blogs, press releases, and other marketing content.
• Assist with email campaigns, manage distribution lists, and maintain marketing database accuracy.
• Support campaign setup in HubSpot and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product experts on customer solutions.
• Assist with tradeshow planning and monitor social media trends.
• Track campaign performance and prepare analytics reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in progress is a plus.
• No previous experience required; eagerness to learn new tools is expected.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing channels.
• Basic photography, image and video editing, graphic design, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, collaborate effectively, and solve problems.
• U.S. work authorization and a valid driver’s license are required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HubSpot.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Master’s degree in progress.
