What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and publish social media content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create visuals, copy, blogs, and press releases with input from product experts.
• Assist with email campaigns, email list management, and distribution.
• Support HubSpot campaign setup and maintain accurate marketing database records.
• Assist with tradeshow planning and collaborate with sales and marketing on customer solutions.
• Track campaign performance and prepare analytics reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in progress is a plus.
• No previous experience required; willingness to learn new tools is expected.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing channels.
• Basic photography, image or video editing, and graphic design skills.
• Microsoft Office experience and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• U.S. work authorization must be obtained, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HubSpot.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Master’s degree in progress.
